Email Services Restored, Production Delay to Resume as Normal

After multiple attempts to resolve our locally hosted email infrastructure we have decided to move our servers to a different provider. We apologize for any delays in email communication caused in the past week. We believe having consistent email services allow us to provide consistent services to our customers.

Additionally we will be rolling out streamlined support and replacement features to our site in order to reduce confusion regarding steps taken for new installations or delays in replacement. Thank you for your patience as we make these upgrades.

Finally our production delays have been resolved and we expect our new version of Hammerheads to be released next week. Delayed orders from the previous week will automatically be upgraded to the new version.
